It's autumn, and it's the season of letting go. Like nature, we all have to let go of something before winter arrives, and if you haven't thought about it yet, it's time to do so.
Letting go is not always easy, because we get attached to things, but it's necessary for us to move on in life. As part of the cycle of life, we must learn the art of letting go, and it tends to take a little practice.
Perhaps that's why death happens at the very end of life? Death is the ultimate letting go process, and we get our entire life to prepare for it?
