Stand out to survive.

On one side, it's our nature to innovate in order to survive. On the other, we have a herd mentality that hinders us in doing things differently.

Looking at the world, it's hard to find truly unique people.

Naturally, everyone has their unique traits, but they are rarely grown to a level where they become iconic like a Leonardo da Vinci, Albert Einstein, or Elon Musk. Very few people are able to do that.

I know they are all geniuses, and I'm not suggesting we should try to be geniuses. What I am saying is that we should all strive towards developing our unique traits and put them into play without being afraid.

Standardization

You see, the world is driven by standardization, and as a result we all more or less think the same. We pursue the same kind of life with the same kind of comfort.

It's understandable in many ways, but the problem is that we don't really need it anymore as a species. We require the opposite. Individual uniqueness is the currency of the future.
